I'd like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. As we break up today we are all tired and looking forward to our break.
Are you as disorgansied for Christmas as I am? If so I have a great idea for decorating your Christmas cake at the last minute (Sorry Mum, I know this is not how you would have done it).
In the current issue of Australian Patchwork & Quilting Vol 20 No 10 there is an article on page 100 about feedsack quilts.
If anyone is interested in more information about these quilts and the feedsacks they are made from please contact Robyn Evans, robyn@quilts.net.au
For those of you who'd like to make Chris Jurd's stunning table topper, French Circle, which appeared in Australian Country Craft and Decorating Volume 22 Number 10, please take note of the following amendment to the text:
On page 74 under Construction it currently reads:
"Make two more joined strip-sets in the same way then join them together, pressing the seams in one direction."
It should read:
"Make FIVE more joined strip-sets in the same way then join them together, pressing the seams in one direction."
We at CSPC are excited to present a special issue this July – Cardmaking in The Classroom. It’s the ultimate cardmaker’s handbook!
