CREATIVE BLOCK

Last month Emily McQueen and I headed off to Wacol, Queensland with hundreds of retailers to Print Blocks Creative Block trade event. With over 18 international guests from our favourite manufacturers also attending, we were completely overwhelmed – in the best kind of way. We were able to meet guests and artists from Bo Bunny, Graphic 45, We R Memory Keepers, Making Memories, Sizzix/Ellison, ProvoCraft, Imaginisce, EK Success, K&Company, Inkadinkado, Core’dindations, Fancy Pants Designs, Me & My Big Ideas, Maya Road, Paper Vogue and Fiskars – phew! Needless to say we had an amazing time oohing and ahhing over all the fabulous new releases. Being able to wander around the Print Blocks warehouse was also extremely inspiring – with so many amazing products to peruse I think we could have walked around there for days! We were also lucky enough to do some make n takes while we were there, and as you can see by these photos – I was more than a little excited to be testing out the new products.

It was such a fantastic event and the Print Blocks staff and volunteers all deserve a huge thank you and a pat on the back for all their efforts.
