Jewelry Box Embroidery WIP


Description

I have a beautiful pressed tin jewelry box with all sorts of patterns on it. I hoping to convert them into textile art pieces. All my works are hand sewn using nothing more than a bamboo embroidery hoop, needle and thread ( and possibly a lot of needle -stick injuries as the weather is quite humid.) I am using a grey satin with slightly maroon but grey machine embroidery thread.

Material Notes
Satin and poly cotton machine embroidery thread. HAND SEWN - no machine work.
