Quilted Rainbow

Description

Here's a quick quilt I made for a raffle from 3in scrap prints. It was fast and easy - the longest amount of time with this quilt was laying out the squares to create the diagonal rainbow effect. This is a fun quilt to create when you're not given much notice! And the quilt doesn't have feet, that's my stylist in school shoes!

Just beautiful.

Fantastic. What a great way of using up different size squares. You have given me an idea for my next project as my niece has just asked me to make her a quilt and I have been trying to think of what I could make. Thanks

Hi everyone,
I have just become a member of CraftLovers.
I have written craft books, children's books, hit songs, do craft workshops, was in a famous rock n roll band in Australia called Bill Thorpe and The Aztecs, design and make soft toys and a lot of other creative stuff...but I'm new to all this on line thing and really struggling trying to work out how to use this web site. I want to add some bits and pieces to my profile and show pictures of lots of things I have made, ask some questions of you all etc etc. But for the life of me cant work out how to do it. Can anyone talk a left handed oldie through this or tell me where on the site I can learn how to do it?

Tony from Australia

Hi Tony,
the Powers That Be have been 'reworking' the site for a while now and it's sometimes messy and some page displays don't look the way they should. Go to the community button and go to the Craft Forum. If you can't follow that just click this link http://craftlovers.com/forum/
You should find someone to talk to here. :)
