Description

CRANBOURNE ARTS AND CRAFTS SOCIETY

A group of artists and craftspeople created the society nearly 2 years ago and we now have over 40 members in the Cranbourne area, south east of Melbourne.

Crafters and artists of all genre get together once a week (at the Cranbourne Community House Workshop, Valepark Cres, Cranbourne 3977) on a Monday afternoon, and bring along their latest projects to complete in a creative and fun atmosphere.

We have painters, pastelists, patchworkers, textile artists, embroiderers, bead makers, mosaic artists and more, and creating with like minded people is the inspiration.

Last May 2009, we had our inaugural exhibition which was most successful and we are organizing our second exhibition from March 1st to 27th 2010, to be held at Cranbourne Library, Berwick-Cranbourne Rd, Cranbourne.

We will also be holding demostrations by members on a regular basis.
