What a Hoot!

Description

I have put images here of some of my patchwork, owls and other crafts.

I create patchwork quilts for my grandchildren and children. I sew most of my granddaughter's clothes creating origninal designs that I embellish and embroider.

Recently I made owls to guard my newborn premature twin grandsons. My daughter and all her friends want more so I have made a few to sell.

My daughter is so keen she has made a facebook page:What a Hoot

I have also uploaded images of some embroidered felt flowers I have been working with making scarves and bags. I plan to make some brooches and hair clips as well. I made my granddaughter a range of beanies and jackets with the flowers all over them. So sweet and at least original.

Love any feedback.

really..really cute ...

Thank you Rozina

My grandchildren love them. Its always joyous to make for those we love. Now I hope other people may love them too.

I love your owls. Where did you get the pattern as I would love to make one for my great nephew as he loves the ABC show Giggle and Hoot and he loves Hoot?

I made my own pattern Liz. If you want a copy then send me your address and I will post you the pattern. I started making the owls for exactly the same reason. My grand daughter loves 'Hoot' from Giggle as well.

Hi my address is 9 Stiggant Street, Warrandyte. Victoria 3113.

Love your owls. Are you seling them?

Hi Daana

Yes. The plan is to try and make a little craft business online. I have put the owls on a facebook page: 'What a Hoot' with prices.

I am also making kits with patterns, instructions and fabrics for two owls for $24.

I will use the Moruya markets to get our product out once I have enough stock made.

I have been blogging. Click on the blogs link and see my new project - my attempt to complete/finish 100 items in 100 days. Help me get there with your ideas and advice.

My grandson also Loves Hoot and we watch Giggle & Hoot together - I would love to make him one for Christmas. have looked to see if you have a pattern for sale but unable to find. Could you let me know, I know Will would just love his own HOOT. Thanks

My daughter loves owls. Your owls are so cute. Could you send me a pattern or please let me know where I could get one? Thank you!

Do you have a pattern they are gorgous

The owls are amazing. My daughter (who is 26!) just loves owls. I would be interested in purchasing a kit.
