The Southern Highlands Quilters’ Guild third biennial quilt show will be held at the Mittagong RSL Club, cnr Bessemer St and Old Hume Hwy, Mittagong NSW. Members will have over 100 of their quilts and wall-hangings on display as well as craft creations and a challenge mini-quilt section with the theme Freshly Picked. There will be a selection of handmade crafts for sale and at least six retail stalls. The show will support Challenge Southern Highlands, an organisation that provides employment at Welby Garden Centre for adults with disabilities from the local community. Open: 10am-4.30pm Sat and 10am-4pm Sun. Entry: $5, children under 12 free.
