A Touch Of Japan - Melinda Storey
Hi gang....yep it's REALLY me back !!! I been busy knitting, knitting, knitting, and helping with my cutest little grandies (x2) and greynomadding.....
I just noticed on the homepage the Wallhanging "A Touch Of Japan" I think it would like nice on a bag for ME. I have been wanting to make myself a bag with a Geisha on for ages. Can somebody please tell me, is this the latest edition of Handmade? Our Newsagent has scaled back big time on craft mags now, and we have to ask for them to be ordered mainly if we want a copy.
Hope you are all well and all the best for 2012
Hugs from Jennie
PS I see you had a dishcloth knitting swap, do you have many knitting (or crochet) swaps?

Had a bit of a look at it Jennie. I don't think it is in a magazine, it's only available on-line.

I've never bought one before but it looks like once you click on the picture of the wallhanging you can buy the downloadable version for $4....cheaper than the mag!

Re: A Touch Of Japan - Melinda Storey
Can we have another dishcloth swap like Jennie talked about? Perhaps that can go onto the swap page. It would be an ideal thing for me to make while we travel... and watching TV.
