As the editor of a creative magazine I am constantly exposed to inspiring people, beautiful photos and unique projects. I am so thankful to be in a creative industry where I am surrounded by talented people on a daily basis! But every now and then a particular technique or style of scrapbooking will stand out from the rest and grab my attention. For the past few months I’ve been obsessing over handmade fabric flowers and one of our talented Masters, Sarah Gladman has been creating the most fabulous florals and I just can’t get enough of them!
We would like to apologise to one of our fabulous sponsors of the 2009 Masters Competition. Stamp-It were a major sponsor and were not included on the Contents page of Vol 12 No 1 - our special Masters Edition of Scrapbooking Memories Magazine. As most of you know I was lucky enough to spend five weeks backpacking around South East Asia in January, which was one of the most amazing experiences of my life! And as you may also remember I promised I would share some photos with you. Well, unfortunately I am still yet to this and I do apologise. Guilty of slipping back into work and being too busy to even glance at the 4000 images that were taken, I haven’t been able to share the best with you yet. However, thanks to Sherry, our Technical Editor’s generosity, I can show you a sneak peak of my trip.
At Scrap N Craft with T we offer a blog packed full of ideas and for inspiration. Come and check it out at http://tanyahpayne.blogspot.com.

With Christmas only three more sleeps away and the silly season in full swing, instead of wrapping presents and planning Christmas lunch, I am, in fact, counting the days until I hop on a plane and head off on a little adventure to South East Asia. On Christmas Eve, my partner Chris and I will be setting off for four and a half weeks of backpacking through Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia and I can’t wait! As you can imagine I’ve been reading hundreds of travel blogs and flipping through countless guide books to soak up as much information and knowledge as I can before we leave.
